All the Moon Spirits
My favourite, over-stylised depiction style where all expendable features are omitted (the mouth on the face, for example). This was my first time using Illustrators new Recolor tool. You just feed in your colour palette (with ratios), give it a few directions (the cheek should be a shade of red), and voilá, how gorgeous.
Inspired by children's literature and C. P. Silver's use of fuzzy shapes paired with raster textures.
